感覺不稱職

(從我的一個喜歡與尊敬的作家,賽斯 高汀) 在某些時候,成年人都會厭倦這種伴隨我們成長和學習的感覺。 我們稱這種感覺為“不稱職”。 我們不擅長用新的軟件,我們拒絕為一個解決問題的新方法來進行集思廣益的會議,我們從來沒有費心去學習如何玩雜耍 不是因為我們不想要結果,而是因為這學習的過程會變得有困難。難的讓我們感到自已有多麼無能。 但這種感覺會伴隨著所有的增長。 首先,我們意識到我們想做的事情。 然後我們會意識到我們可能做不到。 最後,我們還是會做得更好。 我們時常會混淆這第二步。 如果你足夠去關心你的作為,如果你足夠去關心做得更好,那你也應該足夠去承受再次體驗到不稱職的感覺。

(從我的一個喜歡與尊敬的作家,賽斯 高汀) “給我一項我熱愛的東西,我將充分顯示出我的精力,努力與關懷。” 這是個躲藏的好方法。 因為沒有什麼事能夠在你做之前就贏得你的熱愛。也許從概念上來看,這是有道理的,但只要你仔細去檢查細節和陷阱,您就會很容易來決定去等待更好的報價。 如果來考慮相反的情況會如何? “給我一個貢獻的機會,我將努力與專心的去工作,一旦我開始取得進步,我就會對此事更充滿熱情。” 在熱情之前的工作是在貢獻的方面上來衡量我們的工藝,而不是在理想化的完美模型中。 熱情要來自於需要的感覺,或來自於接近掌握,也來自於做重要的工作。
